A respected, nationwide automotive retail group is seeking a driven Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead its aftersales operations at a busy Coventry dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader with strong workshop and service management experience.

What Youll Be Doing
Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams
Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target achievement
Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency
Managing departmental budgets and maximising profitability
Working closely with senior leadership to enhance overall site performance
