Practice Manager – Pittville Lawn Dental & Implant Clinic, Cheltenham
Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent patient care? We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist team at Pittville Lawn Dental & Implant Clinic in Cheltenham.
* Full‑time Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
* Competitive hourly rate from £17 per hour
* Beautiful specialist private practice with a longstanding team
* Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management
About You
* Management experience within dentistry or a similar field
* Passionate about delivering great service
* Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
* Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
* Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully‑functioning equipment and facilities to a compliant, process‑driven practice team
