We’re looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy and performance-driven E-Commerce & Digital Operations Manager to oversee the website, ads, analytics and digital systems across our beauty, lash and wellness brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, improving performance, analysing numbers and optimising everything behind the scenes to help the brand grow. If you’re obsessed with Shopify, CRO, SEO, emails, data, digital testing and making websites convert, you will absolutely thrive here. Key Responsibilities - Shopify Management & Website Optimisation Manage, update and optimise multiple Shopify stores across our brand family. Improve site layout, product pages, navigation, collections and user experience. Ensure all banners, graphics and launch assets are uploaded smoothly. Create landing pages for promotions, launches and bundles. Make sure the websites are fast, clean, functional and always up to date. Troubleshoot issues (apps, checkout, pages, product visibility, etc.). Run regular audits to ensure everything is working smoothly.
