Working on behalf of a well-regarded regional law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–5 years' PQE) to join their established team in Kidderminster.

The Opportunity
You'll join a sizeable and experienced Commercial Property team, working alongside Partners and senior fee earners across multiple offices. The role offers a broad and varied caseload, with scope to develop further in areas such as development work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting on development matters including site acquisitions and set-up
* Managing acquisitions, disposals and commercial leases
* Handling non-contentious landlord & tenant matters
* Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements for lease
* Advising on property finance transactions
* Conducting title investigations and reporting
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
About You:
* 2–5 years' PQE in general commercial property
* Experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Proactive and team-focused
