We are seeking Customer Team Members at Churchill Avenue. This is a permanent position with a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours based on store needs.
Shifts are available including evenings and weekends.
Role Overview
As a Customer Team Member at SPAR Churchill Avenue, you will support the store management team and ensure a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities include maximising sales through excellent customer service, stock management, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing friendly customer service, answering inquiries, and processing transactions efficiently.
* Assisting with stock checks, deliveries, maintaining store cleanliness, and promotional displays.
* Adhering to company policies and legislative responsibilities.
Skills & Knowledge
* Previous retail experience preferred.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Understanding of retail legislation and customer service.
* Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach.
* Cash handling experience is a plus.
