We are actively working with one of the UK’s leading Insolvency specialists as they look to strengthen their team and recruit a Senior Insolvency Administrator. By joining an experienced team, you will be responsible for assisting senior staff and managing a varied portfolio of corporate Insolvency cases.
Role:
1. Preparation and review of all required reports, statutory or otherwise;
2. Reviewing work prepared by junior members of staff in the absence of the manager/assistant manager
3. Drafting custom letters and responses, where necessary
4. To assist and supervise junior members of staff
5. To take responsibility for additional ad-hoc tasks
6. To pursue and realise assets
7. Investigate the financial affairs of a Company
8. Highlight potential antecedent transactions and progress recovery of the same
9. Attending meetings with stakeholders (directors, secured creditors, employees, accountants etc)
10. Completion of checklists on cases within statutory limits
11. Maintain case diaries
12. Effective management of time
13. Closure of cases promptly
14. Submission of post-appointment tax returns on time
15. Responding to creditor queries
16. Make payments of expenses in a timely manner
17. Review cases monthly for fee estimates and billing opportunities
