Administrator - Wetherby Full‑time | Salary £26,500 - £27,000 To provide effective sales and administrative support via the Internal Sales Representative (ISR) function to the District Sales Managers (DSMs) and Area General Manager (AGM), overseeing administrative requirements across the North Asphalt region. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient operational support, excellent customer service, and accurate administration. Key Responsibilities Identify, hand over, and follow up appropriate customers between the ISR function and DSMs to ensure customer and area objectives are met. Manage all customer enquiries and complaints in a professional, timely, and customer‑focused manner. Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of all products sold, their applications, and pricing across different markets and customer groupings. Actively promote branded products where possible, liaising with Technical Support when required. Attend relevant product knowledge and systems training to maintain competency. Liaise closely with and provide administrative and sales support to field sales teams, including DSMs and AGMs. Analyse business data and sales leads to ensure maximum market coverage and effective sales support. Ensure all new account application requests are completed accurately and progressed promptly to enable trading. Promote a multi‑product sales approach when handling customer enquiries. Meet quality assurance standards relating to order processing and customer satisfaction. Support the processing of purchase orders and Goods Received Notes (GRNs). Complete all required month‑end administrative support tasks in collaboration with operational colleagues. Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times, in line with the requirements of the role.
