Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-established international client based in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated and dynamic team on a 12 month FTC.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the ERP system.
2. Resolve queries and complaints efficiently, providing a high standard of service.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (shipping, inventory, scheduling, sales) to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
4. Escalate customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
🔹 Essential Skills & Experience:
6. Fluent German (spoken and written) – essential
7. Strong communication skills in English;
8. 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or order processing environment
9. Confident with ERP systems (SAGE, SAP, Oracle preferred)
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
11. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
