Working hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (Full-time, Permanent) Responsibility What will you be responsible for: Provide individualised and group support to students aged 4-18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Collaborate on and implement IEPs, foster a positive learning environment, and assist students with daily living skills. Monitor student progress, behaviour, and interventions. Maintain open communication with parents/guardians. Specifically the activities will be: Deliver individualised and group support sessions for students with diverse SEN. Collaborate on the creation and execution of Individualised Education Programs (IEPs). Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Assist students with daily living skills and personal care. Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and interventions. Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians. Actively participate in school-wide events and activities. Experience What requirements are we looking for? Minimum 6 months' experience supporting students with SEN. Experience in an ABA/CABAS school is highly advantageous. Requirements/Skills What requirements are we looking for? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; patience, empathy, and a positive attitude; strong organisational and time management skills; proven behaviour management experience.
