Working hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (Full-time, Permanent)
Responsibility
What will you be responsible for:
Provide individualised and group support to students aged 4-18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Collaborate on and implement IEPs, foster a positive learning environment, and assist students with daily living skills. Monitor student progress, behaviour, and interventions. Maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
Specifically the activities will be:
* Deliver individualised and group support sessions for students with diverse SEN.
* Collaborate on the creation and execution of Individualised Education Programs (IEPs).
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Assist students with daily living skills and personal care.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and interventions.
* Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians.
* Actively participate in school-wide events and activities.
Experience
What requirements are we looking for?
Minimum 6 months' experience supporting students with SEN. Experience in an ABA/CABAS school is highly advantageous.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; patience, empathy, and a positive attitude; strong organisational and time management skills; proven behaviour management experience.
Level of study

GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
