About Sofa Club
At Sofa Club, we make statements, not just sofas. As one of the UK's fastest-growing furniture brands, we're shaking up the industry with bold designs and a relentless focus on customer experience. To keep scaling our ecommerce operation, we're looking for an Ecommerce Data & Performance Analyst to join our team. If you're passionate about data, love spotting trends, and want to turn numbers into real business impact, this role is for you.
Role Overview
This role is key to ensuring we have a clear, accurate, and timely understanding of our ecommerce performance. You'll be responsible for pulling data from multiple sources, standardising it, and producing visual dashboards and reporting packs.
You won't just provide numbers, you'll highlight trends, flag risks, and deliver actionable feedback that gives the Ecommerce Director the clarity needed to make informed decisions and collaborate across departments. From conversion rates and finance penetration to payment method trends and product performance, you'll be the go-to person for ecommerce reporting at Sofa Club.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Reporting
* Pull weekly and monthly reports from Shopify, Google Analytics, finance provider dashboards, and other sales channels.
* Standardise and present KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, AOV, finance penetration and approval rates, checkout drop-off points, payment method usage/performance, and product/collection sales.
* Build dashboards and reporting packs that are clear, visual, and concise.
Insight & Feedback
* Go beyond raw data: interpret results, highlight trends, and flag key areas for attention.
* Provide the Ecommerce Director with concise, actionable recommendations.
* Ensure reporting evolves to focus on the most relevant business questions.
Performance Tracking
* Monitor product/category trends (sales, returns, margins).
* Track customer journey pinch points (finance steps, delivery thresholds, checkout abandonment).
* Analyse payment method preferences and changes over time.
* Benchmark against historical performance.
Reporting to Ecommerce Director
* Deliver weekly and monthly reporting packs with headline takeaways.
* Support the Ecommerce Director with the right data and feedback to drive collaboration across teams.
* Maintain accuracy and consistency across all ecommerce reporting.

* Proficient with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Strong at building dashboards and visual reports.
* Analytical mindset – able to spot patterns and explain what they mean.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
* Comfortable using MS Teams for team communication and collaboration.
* (Optional) Experience with data visualisation tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
What You'll Get
* Be part of a growing brand with real creative freedom and input.
* Access to a supportive and ambitious team culture.
* Opportunity to grow your career as we scale our ecommerce capability.
* Competitive salary
* Lucrative bonus scheme
* 28 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Enhanced family leave
* Health insurance

Are you a perfect match?
* Ambitious? We have huge plans. There's never been a better time to join Sofa Club.
* Fun? We work hard and then let our hair down at our office prosecco bar (yes, really).
* Do-er? Talk is cheap, execution is everything. Be a doer, not a talker.
* Friendly? We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We have a diverse and inclusive culture, everyone gets on well, and we work together as one family.
