They are now seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all project‐related costs, including preparing reports
* Assist the estimating team as required
* Review contracts and prepare contract documentation
* Demonstrate strong understanding of contract types and conditions
* Place and manage subcontract orders
* Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Role Requirements
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
* Degree‐qualified as a Quantity Surveyor
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor position
* Strong client‐facing skills with a customer‐focused approach
* Commercially astute with strong decision‐making ability
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational and planning capabilities
* Able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines within a demanding workload
