They are looking to secure an Engagement Manager to cover the Southwest & Mid Wales area.The Opportunity:Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Engagement Manager will:Lead stakeholder engagement across a designated region of WalesBuild trusted, long-term relationships with health boards, care providers, academic institutions, and industry stakeholdersAct as a key connector in the Welsh innovation ecosystem-signposting, supporting, and enabling collaborationManage key accounts and coordinate regional innovation activity in line with strategic goalsRepresent Life Sciences Hub Wales at events, workshops, panels, and exhibitionsWork across internal teams (marketing, intelligence, delivery, ops) to ensure seamless engagement and deliveryWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships or relationship managementStrong understanding of the health and care landscape in WalesConfidence working with diverse sectors: NHS, academia, third sector, and private industryExcellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience using CRM or stakeholder management systemsThe ability to work flexibly and independently across regional responsibilitiesDesirable:Welsh language skillsExperience supporting innovation adoption or working in a government-funded or arm's-length bodyBenefits:Hybrid, flexible and supportive working culture - 2 days in the office (local Hub closest to your home address)Supportive work-life balance with a generous holiday entitlement - 30 days pro-rata annual leave plus additional public holidaysPension scheme supported by an employer contribution of 7%.To Apply:Please contact Emily Rex at Yolk Recruitment to access the full job description.To apply, please submit your up-to-date CV and a supporting statement (no more than two A4 pages long) simply explaining how you meet the essential criteria for this role and why you feel you might be the best person for this exciting opportunity.
