Your new role
As Manager, you will:
1. Lead a small team and manage a portfolio of clients, includingpanies, sole traders, and individuals.
2. Deliverprehensive business management, accounting, and tax services.
3. Review financial statements, tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts.
4. Act as the first point of contact for client queries and build strong relationships.
5. Provide guidance to junior staff and support their development.
6. Ensurepliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and firm procedures.
7. Drive process improvements and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Ideally, ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in practice.
9. Strong technical knowledge and ability to manageplex client affairs.
10. Excellentmunication and leadership skills.
11. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Xero, Iris, and Alpha advantageous.
12. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
