Procurement Executive - Hospitality & Residential

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Procurement Executive to support procurement operations across a prestigious portfolio of luxury hospitality assets and Build-to-Rent residential developments in Central London.

Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing and purchasing of goods and services across hospitality and residential portfolios
Manage supplier quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation
Assist with supplier onboarding, contract administration, and performance tracking
Monitor stock levels and coordinate deliveries across multiple sites
Maintain procurement records and reporting systems
Support cost analysis and budget tracking
Work closely with operations, facilities, and finance teams
Assist with tender processes and supplier negotiations
What We're Looking For
2-5 years' procurement or purchasing experience
Ideally experience in hospitality, property, facilities management, or construction environments
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Confident working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems
