This role supports national audit resources and regional staffing effectiveness within the Audit team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee staff planning for the Regional Audit Team using Retain and manage the staffing board to ensure right people are allocated at the right time.
* Hold regular meetings with Audit Managers to address staffing needs and challenges.
* Act as the Exam Training Manager for the region’s trainees, coordinating exam training support and guidance.
* Collaborate with HR and Training teams to ensure consistency of processes across departments.
