Operating out of offices across the UK their multi-disciplinary teams provide turnkey solutions from pre-project feasibility studies and initial conceptual design, through to manufacture, installation and commissioning, inclusive of all aspects of Project & H&S Management, Process & Service Pipework Fabrication, Equipment Relocation, Electrical C&I, Panel building & software, Civil Engineering and Construction.This is an excellent opportunity for a Pipe fitter TIG Welder - Process Pipework, to join the Mechanical Engineering Division supporting a major project in Grays, Essex, RM17 5DX.
Duties
As a suitably qualified pipe fitter welder with stainless steel TIG experience you will be working within a food and beverage production facility in Grays, Essex RM17 5DX. Typical duties will include fabricating, welding and installing 1" to 4" OD stainless steel pipework with a small amount of schedule 10 stainless steel pipework up to 4" diameter. Other duties will include installing brackets and associated supports along with assisting other pipe fitter welders as necessary.
About you
Based ideally in the Essex, you will need to live within a commutable distance of RM17 5DX.
Demonstrable experience of pipe fitting and stainless steel TIG butt welding within a food, drink or petro chemical processing environment is essential for this role.
You'll also need to have good all round welding experience with current or previous coding's to back this up.
