Maintenance Technician
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime ( + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Standard Pension + Training Opportunities
Location: St Albans (Commutable from Watford, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, North London)

This company is a respected manufacturer, supplying major pharmacy and grocery chains nationwide. They are now looking to expand their small, dedicated engineering team.
On offer is a varied and rewarding role, maintaining and improving packaging and manufacturing equipment in a clean, regulated environment. You'll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and support machinery upgrades while ensuring GMP and Health & Safety standards are met.
This role would suit a Maintenance Technician with solid mechanical and electrical skills, looking for stability, technical variety, and long-term development within a supportive, expanding business.
The Role:
1. Hands-on maintenance across modern packaging and manufacturing lines
2. Real training and development within a growing pharmaceutical team
3. Stable, long-term role offering variety and technical challenge
The Candidate:
4. Mechanical/electrical maintenance experience
5. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred, (Not essential)
6. Knowledge of GMP or cleanroom environments
7. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
