Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading European manufacturing organisation who are looking to recruit a Dynamics ERP Implementation Project Manager that will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems throughout the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Dynamics ERP applications, and the ability to effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire lifecycle of Dynamics ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping to deployment and post-implementation support.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify key deliverables.
* Lead project kick-off meetings, status updates, and regular check-ins to track progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
* Coordinate with technical teams to configure, customise, and integrate Dynamics ERP software to meet client-specific needs and requirements.
* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the successful deployment of Dynamics ERP solutions.
* Provide training and support to end-users and client teams to facilitate smooth adoption and utilisation of Dynamics ERP systems.
* Monitor project performance, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
* Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
* Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
* Strong understanding of ERP principles, business processes, and industry best practices.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage resources, and meet project deadlines.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
* Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
