This role is working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 1400-2200 shift pattern. To be a key member of the production team producing bags of mixes for use in the factory and assisting in other areas.To be able to weigh mixes at the required speed Using Marco scales to weigh Filling bins up with product and attaching batch codes to bins Correct stock rotation Clean down between different products Follow correct personal hygiene procedures (e.g. changing procedure, hand washing procedures) Operate to a clean (and tidy) as you go policy Carry out efficient and effective clean downs when changing over products Undertake ‘Basic Food Hygiene’ training a pass level must be obtained Observe the allergen procedures Help the business be environmentally friendly by ensuring that waste is segregated appropriately so it can be sent to the correct point of disposal/recycling by keeping waste to a minimum (e.g. making products right first time) Desirable Experience of food safety.
