THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of EU Marketing to accelerate brand growth across Spain and Germany, two key strategic markets for Ancient + Brave.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded brand leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building meaningful, modern lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute brand marketing strategy across Spain and Germany, generating consumer demand which translates into revenue growth.
* Build and scale localised brand presence from the ground up, ensuring cultural relevance and market resonance.
* Drive innovation across marketing channels activations and partnerships to support Amazon, DTC and Retail growth.
* Motivate and manage on the ground marketing teams and agencies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams (brand, digital, operations; retail) to deliver cohesive, impactful and highly effective campaigns, partnerships and event activations.
* Identify and unlock new growth opportunities in highly competitive markets.
* Build, lead, and inspire local agency partners and future in-market teams.
Who You Are
* Fluent in Spanish or German (ideally both) - this is an essential requirement for the role.
* Proven experience building brands from scratch in high-growth, ambitious businesses.
* Strong background in premium brand and lifestyle marketing, with a deep passion for consumer behaviour.
* Demonstrated success in DTC-led businesses, ideally within wellness, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
* Strong experience with influencer and talent-led marketing; PR; partnerships and grass root events.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, move fast, and make things happen.
* Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven track record of disruptive thinking and making extraordinary things happen.
