JS Recruitment are working with a leading organisation in the food and beverage industry to recruit a QFS (Quality and Food Safety Systems) Documentation Co-Ordinator.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of the BRC code and hands-on experience in Quality and Food Safety Systems. You’ll take the lead in reviewing, updating and aligning documentation with BRC standards, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class documentation system.
What You’ll Be Doing as a QFS Documentation Co-Ordinator:
* Reviewing existing QFS Manual and supporting documentation
* Conducting a gap analysis against current BRC requirements
* Updating and revising documentation in collaboration with Quality and Technical leads
* Supporting the creation of a user-friendly documentation library on SharePoint
* Assisting with the rollout and training of updated documents
What You’ll Need:
* Strong understanding of BRC standards and food safety programmes
* Experience managing and publishing technical documentation
* Working knowledge of SharePoint
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
