Your new role
As the Assistant Recruitment Manager, you will support the Recruitment & Retention Manager in executing recruitment strategies across the organisation. This highly confidential role focuses on high-volume recruitment. You will be responsible for assisting with managing end-to-end recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
This position requires you to be onsite in High Wbe five days a week for the first six months to ensure full immersion in the recruitment operations andpany culture.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or agency settings.
2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
3. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
5. Knowledge of employment legislation and right-to-work checks.
6. Experience supporting onboarding and induction processes.
7. Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.
