The Role The Design Manager will support the Project Team and take responsibility for leading the design elements of projects. The role involves developing detailed design from tender information and ensuring full coordination throughout the lifecycle of the scheme. This position ensures consistency across all projects, regardless of the client, consultant team, or internal delivery team, maintaining high standards of design quality, compliance, and efficiency.
