This role will be the main point of contact for their clients, ensuring they have a outstanding experience. With your goal being driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Location: Remote
Salary: up to £50,000 + 20% OTE (uncapped)
Job responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact for support and product inquiries.
* Develop strategic plans to prioritise customers based on potential growth
* Identify and qualify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts
* Organise regular check-ins with customers
* Hold commercial conversations around pricing and contract extensions
Job requirements:
* Proven experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS business
* Prior track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success and retention
* Highly organised individual, with the ability to manage 50-100 accounts
* Experience of driving account growth and obtaining renewals and retained business
