We are currently recruiting for Process Managers to join our client based in Rugby. The Process Manager role is fixed term contract role, 6 months, and it may/will involve working at their Nuneaton location as well. Main duties as a Process Manager: * Ensuring the appropriate level of resource is assigned to the specific area to cover all shifts across the working week. * Daily planning and management of the operation, depending on the area you manage including parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets. * Managing and controlling Client SLA’s, load presentation compliance and daily asset requirements. * Manage and control the reduction of damages and claims. * Accountable for all shift operational costs and performance reports and able to demonstrate strong cost leadership. * With the support of the Operations Manager lead, organise and control a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders including 121’s, performance reviews and team meetings. * Responsible for all H&S, hygiene and quality audits including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your area. * Support the Operations Manager to develop a peak plan for your specified area in line with forecasted volumes. * Promoting and driving consistency to ensure the delivery of excellent operational standards. * Lead by example in creating a high-performance people orientated culture within the fun...
