Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Nights
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join their team. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence are always maintained. You will work as part of a supportive team, assisting with personal care and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care needs
* Promoting independence and dignity
* Assisting with daily routines and general activities
* Working collaboratively with Nurses and Senior Support Workers
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
About You
* A caring, patient, and compassionate approach
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided

Working Hours
Flexible full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts will include nights, with weekend and bank holiday working required where applicable.
