We are hiring for a Customer Team Leader position at Co-op, located at 19 Farthing Grove, Netherfield, Milton Keynes, MK6 4JH. The role offers £13.65 per hour, with a contract of 20 hours per week plus regular overtime. It is a permanent, part-time position with varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at the interview. Full paid training is provided. Applicants must be aged 18 or over, as the role involves authorising age-related sales. We seek individuals who are friendly, supportive, and capable of leading and coaching a team, while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
