Prepare, cook, serve and store various dishes to include meat, fish and shellfish
Prepare Regional Dishes appropriate to the hotel menu, location and guest mix
Provide direction to the Kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters
Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
Previous experience in a Chef De Partie role
Previous work experience in a hotel setting (Marriott Brand is desired)
40 hour/week
