We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Lead Project Planner (IES Lead), to be involved in industry leading, cutting-edge design project for a new type of power station.
The Integrated Enterprise Schedule (IES) Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining the End to End ‘live’ schedules, ensuring plans filter up into this single enterprise-wide view with alignment of project milestones, dependencies, and resource availability. This role ensures that scheduling practices comply with governance standards and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Duties:
* Oversee and coordinate the integration of GDP, SSD, Procurement, and customer schedules to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
* Support Identification and management of interdependencies between various departments and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and enhance communication channels.
* Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of dependencies and potential impact on project timelines.
* Manage and implement the Template schedule change process.
* Oversee the management of the Critical Path through the IES to ensure timely project completion.
* Develop and deliver IES awareness and training to enhance team knowledge and proficiency.
* Have the responsibility of maintaining the latest IES Templated schedule as and when design maturity improvements are approved and fed into the latest templated schedule.
* Act as deputy to the Head of Planning and IES.
* Integration / coordination with Portfolio Management and SIOP / Industrialisation.

Pay and benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £57,600 - £75,600 DOE plus:-
* Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
* Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
* Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
* Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.

* Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
* £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
