Facilities Coordinator

Altrad are currently on the lookout for a Facilities Coordinator to join the business to support the efficient operation of our Renfrew office. Facility Maintenance and Repairs

* Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

* Conduct regular building inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.

* Coordinate statutory inspections and remedial actions.

* Support the implementation and communication of emergency preparedness plans.

Vendor and Contract Management

* Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for facilities-related services.

* Negotiate and review service agreements and contracts.

* Monitor vendor performance and address service issues as required.

Track facilities-related expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Provide regular and ad hoc reports on facilities performance and costs.

* Support procurement processes including raising requisitions and invoice reconciliation.

Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries and service requests.

* Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities or estates management.

* Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.

* Proficient in MS Office Suite and facilities management systems.

* IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification

* IWFM Level 3 qualification or equivalent
