As a Hotel Sales Manager based in Winchester, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue across hotel and leisure services. Key responsibilities include:

11. Identify and convert new sales opportunities
12. Manage existing local and national accounts
13. Conduct client visits, networking, and market analysis
14. Represent the hotel at events and exhibitions
15. Deliver measurable revenue growth across all segments
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality sector.
16. Proven experience within Hospitality as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
17. A proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building
18. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
19. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across your region (commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke & Portsmouth)
