This role requires an experienced client services professional with strong commercial acumen in performance marketing. It is ideal for someone who thrives in client management, is strategically minded, and has hands-on input in campaign delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, offering hybrid working options. The benefits package includes 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), pension, and private healthcare.
The successful candidate may come from an agency background or an in-house role looking to transition into agency work. Experience with global B2B brands and clients in e-commerce is essential.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the client's business operations and model.
2. Aligning strategy with the client's commercial objectives and collaborating to surpass targets.
3. Ensuring the client feels valued, appreciated, and heard.
4. Expanding client accounts by identifying new opportunities.
5. Collaborating with agency team members to enhance the client experience.
6. Participating in new business pitches and onboarding new clients.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar client-focused role within a digital agency or consultancy.
* In-depth marketing knowledge and experience.
* Understanding of SEO & PPC.
* Proven track record of relationship-building, stakeholder management, and delivering results.
* Strong commercial awareness with strategic and innovative marketing skills.
* Ability to assess results and identify growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
