Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning communal areas in residential blocks, including City Heights and other properties across the Nottingham area. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean communal areas including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, lifts, and shared facilities
* Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising high-touch surfaces
* Emptying bins and managing waste disposal appropriately
* Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
* Ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and safely
* Driving between multiple sites in the Nottingham area as required
Requirements
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* Access to your own reliable vehicle (mileage allowance may be provided)
* Physically fit and able to manage stairs and manual tasks throughout the day
* Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
