Recycling Operative - Day Shift
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Recycling Operative to join our team at our client site in Crick. The ideal candidate will hold in‑date FLT certification and be confident working in a fast‑paced environment.
This role focuses on supporting high‑quality recycling and waste management services, ensuring materials are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with Health & Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Sorting and stacking pallets
* Sorting wood waste
* Baling and recycling cardboard and plastic
* Manually emptying cages
* Manually sorting and segregating waste types into streams for recycling
* Disposing of general waste
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working area
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong team player
* Excellent communication skills
* Good problem‑solving ability
* Positive, "can‑do" attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* Resilient and adaptable
* Good time‑management skills
* Valid, in‑date FLT certificate ( Counter)
