The Role – SENCO For this SENCO role, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities across the school. This includes leading annual review meetings, acting as the designated teacher for looked-after children, and liaising with external professionals such as EHCP coordinators and social care. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, proactive, and experienced in working with high-needs autistic students. Previous experience in a transdisciplinary setting is highly desirable.
