Responsibilities:
* Lead development team to ensure following Sitecore best practices
* Mentor new and current developers and help them onboard with the latest technologies used
* Oversee project throughout delivery lifecycle through: Strategy, Discovery, Development
* Work with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate that into technical requirements
* Participate in business development activities such as sales pursuits with prospects, estimate new projects and define scopes
* Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites
* Help maintain and set development standards and best practices
Requirements:
* 6+ years Sitecore experience or 10+ years of .NET experience
* Sitecore knowledge: Sitecore Templates, API's, SXA, Helix guidelines, Renderings, Sitecore marketing capabilities
* Understanding of Docker and containers
* Understanding of Headless development
* Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Coveo for Sitecore and Solr
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
* Experience estimating tasks
* Experience architecting and implementing end to end customized solutions
Preferred Experience:
* Experience training other developers
* DevOps experience, specifically creating CI/CD pipelines; and utilizing tools such as Azure Dev Ops
* Understanding of Helix design principals
* Knowledgeable about Sitecore product offerings
* Understanding of SXA and Sitecore commerce
