Carpenter Multi Trade – Cornwall.
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in the Cornwall area to complete disrepair work on social housing properties.
Benefits details:
1. Permanent opportunity
2. £35,000 per annum
3. Van and fuel card
4. 40 hours a week – Monday – Friday
5. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
6. Your patch will be from St Austell up into Plymouth.
Carpenter Multi Trade Day to Day:
7. Various maintenance work on domestic properties
8. Reactive maintenance
9. Mainly Carpentry work but carrying out other trades too when required
10. Minor plumbing, painting, tiling, general maintenance
11. Working alongside other trades
12. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
13. Travelling to different sites in the work van safely and responsibly
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
14. Good carpentry experience
15. Previous experience working within social housing
16. NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above (desirable)
17. Good attitude
18. Honest and reliable
19. Full UK driving license
20. DBS will be required
