The Position We have the opportunity for a SENDCo and Teacher to join our Ashbrook Campus on a full time, permanent basis. (0.6FTE SENDCo and 0.4FTE Teacher) This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, highly motivated and truly inspirational practitoner, who will ensure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of care, learning and achievement for all pupils. The Campus OneSchool Ashbrook Campus is a brand new OSG campus which will boast state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that both online and face-to-face classes are catered for outstandingly. The faciitity will represent OSG's ambitions as a leading global school with all building decisions made to support the successful implementation of our signature pedagogy- The Learning to Learn Framework. This new campus sees two of our successful campuses merging together. Nottingham and Atherstone campuses have both seen fantastic results through school from KS2 to A-Level and this campus will be striving for the highest standarrds of teaching, learning and results. Our Campus will have approximately 220 students with an average class size of 22. Skills & Experience The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with a wide range of SEN and leading a team. To raise standard of achievement of children with SEND and you must have Qualified Teacher Status (at least 4 years) and NASENCO or NPQSENCO qualification.
