I am currently representing Slough Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Management Information Systems & Examination Officer this role will be: SL1 1XY Hybrid
The right candidate will:
Management of the service’s management information systems ensuring accuracy of data inputting, timely reporting to external bodies and the provision of regular analytical data reports. Responsibility for the coordination and administration of all the service’s examination procedures and processes to awarding body standards.
* Responsibility for the management of all the service’s database and associated spreadsheets.
* Managing data from management and information system (MIS) in order to produce a wide range of analytical reports.
* Managing the quality of the data both added internally and by partners.
* Coordinate examination policy and procedures to the standards set by the awarding bodies
* Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the MIS & CRM database contracts, ensuring all data is robust and auditable. Deliver training, and enable development of MIS, including creating course codes, publishing courses on “LearnerTrack” and “Webenrol” and other relevant applications.
We require the following:
* Experience of using management information systems in order to manipulate data to produce robust reports and uploading on to national data bases.
* Experience in setting up and the organisation of examination procedures.
