Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus excellent tips,tronc and profit share

What You'll Be Doing as a Head Chef:
* Leading a high-performing kitchen team with confidence and care
* Making sure every dish leaves the pass looking spot-on and tasting amazing
* Training, developing, and motivating your crew to be their best
* Running smooth, efficient shifts—even when it’s busy
* Keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and fully compliant
What We’re Looking For in a Head Chef:
* A proven leader from a Head Chef or Senior Sous background
* Passionate about food, people, and creating a great team culture
* Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
* A natural motivator who leads by example
* Strong with numbers—comfortable with stock, cost control, and hitting KPIs
