Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive team environment.
Duties
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
* Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in food service and hospitality.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels effectively.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends.
* Maintain a clean and organised environment in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Requirements
* Experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* Previous experience in barista roles or hotel environments is advantageous but not essential.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
