The role As an Internal Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting top talent for roles across Europe. Working closely with internal teams, you'll develop tailored hiring strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive recruitment experience. Strong communication skills and a people-first approach are essential. The main responsibilities Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume vacancies within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including sourcing, interviewing, compliance checks, and issuing offers. Build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates, create and manage talent pools, and provide shortlisted candidates to hiring managers. Proactively search for talent using LinkedIn, online job platforms, social media, networking events, and other sourcing channels. Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Globalisation, and Logistics teams to manage every stage of the recruitment journey-from initial outreach to onboarding and European relocations. Partner with senior stakeholders to align and implement effective recruitment strategies across European regions. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent communication and alignment on hiring goals and recruitment processes. Use labour market data, industry insights, and recruitment metrics to inform sourcing approaches and improve overall recruitment efficiency. Track and manage candidate pipelines through the organisation's bespoke in-house recruitment system and other relevant tools to ensure timely and effective hiring. Proactively prepare for future recruitment needs by developing talent pools for anticipated vacancies across European sites. Ensure compliance with internal service level agreements (SLAs), including hiring timelines, service quality, regulatory requirements, and legal standards. The ideal candidate Experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role within a similar industry. Experience leading high volume recruitment campaigns Ability to communicate and work with various stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office and IT literate. CIPD qualification or relevant 3rd level degree.
