We are working with a well-established and reputable firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy property team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a mix of high-quality commercial work, a supportive environment, and opportunities for career progression.
The role provides exposure to a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and property due diligence, while maintaining a manageable caseload. The team is collaborative, with strong support structures in place to ensure you can focus on delivering excellent client service.
Typical duties would include:
1. Acting on a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold matters
2. Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, leases, and property-related agreements
3. Conducting property due diligence and reporting for commercial transactions
4. Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
