Job Title: Allocator

Purpose:
The Allocators are responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operations by allocating resources to specific tasks within defined time frames, utilizing Inform, to meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the issuing and receiving of equipment to staff
2. Assign staff to new jobs using Inform and monitor their progress
3. Assist management in ensuring adequate staffing levels
4. Keep the contract manager informed of potential delays or problems
5. Collate incoming requests for assistance, update Inform, and plan tasks to meet service standards
6. Ensure customer requests are met within SLA
7. Respond professionally to telephone inquiries from staff and customers
8. Liaise with airline staff and handling agents
9. Provide detailed reports on delays, SLA failures, accidents, and incidents
10. Brief staff on operational matters
11. Proactively escalate potential service failures
12. Identify operational challenges and develop response plans
13. Ensure fair and consistent work allocation among staff
14. Monitor staff performance and timeliness
15. Promote efficient allocation methods
16. Maintain a forward plan for the next 36 hours
17. Perform any reasonable tasks requested by management
Required Experience and Skills:
* Experience in a similar role is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to pass a DBS check
* Provide 5 years of reference information
* Achievement-oriented
Note: Applicants with more than 6 months spent outside the UK in the last 5 years will need police clearance from all relevant countries before interview.
