NPD Project Manager
Hybrid – Berkshire
£40,000 - £50,000 DOE.

The Advocate group is working exclusively with this organisation as they expand their team as they continue to contribute to their strong growth agenda.
We are now on the search for a Project Manager who will lead and deliver launches and strategic projects through full execution in order to contribute to the business’s continuous growth and NPD pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the scope, planning and deliver of multiple cross functional business critical initiatives.
* Create and maintain engagement with the project and workstreams across all stakeholder seeping a cross functional team.
* Review and implement project timelines; begin aware of any blockages and making any potential recommendations.
* Carry out project reviews, looking at process improvements and supporting on implementation and brainstorm of these.
* Look at controlling all documents; making sure they are fit for purpose and created in a timely manner.
About you:
* Project management experience ideally within the FMCG market.
* Strong attention to deal with the ability to create and build strong relationships across business stakeholders.
* A proven track record in delivering projects at pace with success.
* A confident individual who has a high level of commercial understanding and awareness.
* Driven and ambitious to develop and grow their career with a strong sense of self direction.
