An international Investment firm is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and a Senior Director in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This is a true business and personal support role, offering a varied mix of responsibilities (approximately 50/50 or 80/20 depending on business needs), so candidates must demonstrate strong experience managing both professional and private matters seamlessly.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting very senior individuals with complex, international schedules and exceptionally high standards of execution. You will take full ownership of extensive diary management, global travel coordination, and day to day operational support, ensuring both Directors are consistently prepared and optimised. A proactive, solutions focused approach and the ability to operate with discretion and sound judgement are essential.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 15+ years’ EA experience
* Demonstrated long tenure in previous roles (ideally 5+ years in the same position)
* Proven experience supporting senior executives with complex, international commitments
* Strong background managing both business and personal affairs
* High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Flexibility is required, as EAs are expected to monitor phones outside of core hours when needed. The ideal candidate will be a strong cultural fit, collaborative with other EAs, and willing to assist with reception duties if required.
