Planning Manager (Part 145)
Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join their growing maintenance operation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing aircraft maintenance planning within a fast-paced Part 145 environment.
Location: Wales - Cardiff - UK
Role Summary
Our client is seeking a candidate to administer, develop and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop procedures to support a fast-growing Part 145 MRO
* Chair aircraft pre-input meetings
* Review incoming work scope proposals in collaboration with Sales
* Plan all accepted work packages
* Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure smooth aircraft input and efficient turnaround times
* Manage communications with CAMOs regarding work packages
* Oversee management of technical records and technical publications
* Attend global planning and sales meetings on behalf of the business

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in airline or MRO maintenance planning
* Third-party MRO experience advantageous
* Previous managerial experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
* Strong knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 regulations
* Strong IT skills
* Fluent in English
