Base pay range
Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line Support for the NAV and Business Central systems
* Contribute to end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials
* Work closely with the Business Central Support Manager, a on projects and continuous improvement
* Contribute in the data migration and data mapping for Business Central projects
* Form part of project teams delivering key projects in line with the business strategy, including support in training, UAT and go live
* Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and their teams in order to understand the needs of the individual functions and the organisation as a whole
* Assist with the document and centralise training notes
* Assist in defining and documenting testing of agreed changes
* Primary contact for Key report queries
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), specifically Finance Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management and Purchasing modules
* Experience with supporting end-users with queries and issues
* Written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation
* Experience on NAV / Business Central implementations
* Demonstrates high integrity
* Ability to deliver results
* Manages self, remaining calm, focused and optimistic
* Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales
Desirable:
* Jet Report experience
* Experiencing in support Business Central SaaS
* Continia experience
* Previous experience of working in a service industry
* Previous Experience of Application Support
* An understanding of the complexities associated with a large business environment
