Our client, a leading telecommunications and technology services provider, is seeking a senior professional to lead its Enterprise Solutions function across the islands. This role will guide the development of next-generation services and support digital transformation for major business and government customers.
The successful individual will build and lead a unified team covering solution design, product strategy, consultancy, and technical leadership. They will shape a modern enterprise portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, data centre services, networking, collaboration technologies, and emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
•Setting the strategic direction for enterprise solutions and driving innovation.
•Developing and evolving a commercially sound solutions portfolio.
•Leading go-to-market activity and contributing to revenue and margin growth.
•Supporting major bids and acting as senior technical authority for strategic customers.
•Overseeing delivery assurance, governance, and lifecycle management.
•Building a high-performing consultancy and architecture function.
Skills & Experience:
•Leadership within professional services, product, architecture, or technology consulting teams.
•Strong technical grounding in cloud, cyber, connectivity, networking, collaboration, and data centre technologies.
•Commercial acumen, including experience shaping business cases and pricing models.
•Confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders and influencing strategic outcomes.
•Experience driving complex enterprise solutions or transformation programmes.
•(Desirable) Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, sovereign cloud, or regulated industries.
