THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a relationship-first, strategy-led role. You will not be chasing volume. You will be building the kind of long-term presence that shapes customer thinking before a requirement is formally written.
Working closely with delivery teams across digital transformation, AI and data, secure cloud, engineering and operational capability, you will identify early-stage opportunities, help clients frame complex problems, and lead pursuits from initial engagement through to contract award.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* A track record of winning and growing business in MOD, Defence Digital or wider secure government, not just contributing to bids
* Fluency in public sector procurement and defence sales cycles; you understand the rhythm and can work it
* Existing relationships across defence customers, primes or secure government stakeholders: people who take your call
* Experience selling complex digital, technology, engineering or consultancy-led solutions
* The credibility to operate with senior military and commercial stakeholders in the same conversation
* Experience owning opportunities end-to-end, from early shaping through to contract award

Previous military service or exposure to highly secure operating environments is an advantage, not a requirement.
